December, 2003 - Rigor Mortis
My
web adventures have suffered a slight set-back. I haven't been
doing my homework because the virus ate my computer. Thanks to
those of you who indundated my inbox with inquiries, causing my
email account to overflow, which in turn resulted in a number
of stern warnings from some Mail Administrator fella...lol.
Painful as it was to lose all my data, I'm starting to recover
from rigor mortis - slow but sure. The most important thing I
learnt from all this? Never leave a house guest alone with your
computer. They can eat my food, trash their room, even leave the
seat up, but they're not getting anywhere near my equipment again
(and I hope the culprit is reading this. I have a good mind to
post a picture, take away their birthday and submit their address
to all kinds of spam mail).
I would like to dedicate this entry to all the bits and bytes
I lost:
